Microsoft SharedView is a collaborative work application that allows you to share the window of a certain application with other users through Internet. Remote users can take the control of the application if you let them.
By this way, remote users can work together. When one of the users is controlling the system, the other one can view what he is doing on the fly.
Not only can you share a window but you can also let other users use folders and files as if they were local files.
The applications works under an invitation system, so you'll need to create a session and then, invite the other users via e-mail, phone or instant messaging system.
Finally, the options menu of Microsoft SharedView allows you to enable or disable the view of the cursor of the other users as well as copy, cut or paste.

This service has been abandoned by microsoft. It was great when I tried it. But it has been replaced by a paid service (Shared Point), within the Microsoft Office package.
I really like this option, I just can't figure out how to share the audio
